Privacy Policy

This site sets no cookies. It loads no third-party tracking or advertising scripts: no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no tag managers, no chat widgets, no session replay, and no heat maps. Fonts are hosted on our own domain, so your visit is not reported to any font service. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We measure site usage with Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless, first-party service run by Vercel, the company that hosts this site. It records aggregate information such as which pages are visited, the country a visit comes from, and the browser and device type. It does not use cookies, does not build individual visitor profiles, and does not follow you across other websites.

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like nearly every host, Vercel processes standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and requested pages) to deliver the site, keep it secure, and prevent abuse. We do not use those logs to identify or profile visitors.

Video testimonials on this site are click-to-load. Before you press play, nothing on the page connects to YouTube; even the preview images are hosted on our own domain. If you choose to play a video, it loads from youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, and from that point YouTube's own privacy policy applies to the playback.

The scheduling buttons on this site take you to booking pages run by our scheduling software provider. Information you submit there, such as your name, email address, phone number, and appointment details, is used to schedule your appointment and communicate with you about it. It is never sold, and it is never used for advertising. If you would like anything you submitted corrected or deleted, email lyn@powerupconsultants.com and we will take care of it.

If you email or call us, we use your contact information to respond to you. That is the whole use.

Because this site does not sell or share personal information and does not track visitors across sites, there is nothing for a Global Privacy Control or do-not-track signal to opt you out of. Visitors sending those signals are treated exactly like everyone else: not tracked.

This site is written for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Depending on where you live, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Given how little this site collects, the fastest path for any request is simply to email lyn@powerupconsultants.com. We will never discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

If the site's data practices ever change, this page will be updated at the same time, and the effective date above will change with it.
