About
A Lifelong Entrepreneur in Your Corner
Lyn Askin has been an entrepreneur his whole working life. He built his first company in 1988, and in the decades since he has built and run his own businesses: making payroll, hiring and losing people, hitting ceilings and breaking through them. The lessons in this work were not learned in a classroom. They were paid for.
That is the difference you feel in a session with Lyn. He is not a consultant reciting a method. He is a founder who found the disciplines that work, the hard way first, and then went and got certified in the best of them.
The Path Here
Lyn Askin built and ran his own companies for more than three decades, starting in 1988, before becoming a Certified EOS Implementer, Certified Outgrow Advisor, and Certified Exit Planning Advisor.
Running his own businesses convinced him of something simple: most founder-led companies do not fail from lack of talent or effort. They stall because nobody ever gave the leadership team a disciplined way to run the business. Helping teams fix that became the work he loves most, first as an implementer, then adding the sales growth and exit planning credentials that founders kept needing next.
Home is Lafayette, Louisiana, with his wife Abby and son Grant. The teams he serves are everywhere: marketing agencies, home service companies, restaurants, oilfield service companies, wholesale distributors, even a bespoke clothier, all founder-led, nationwide.

The Values Behind the Work
Be Humbly Confident
Bring real experience to the table, and stay coachable enough to keep learning from every team.
Grow or Die
Businesses, leaders, and advisors are either getting better or falling behind. Choose better, on purpose, every quarter.
Help First
Lead with usefulness. If a conversation, an intro, or an honest answer helps you, it happens before any talk of engagement.
Do the Right Thing
Even when it costs something. Especially when it costs something.
Do What You Say
Commitments are kept, in the work and in the room. Accountability starts with the person facilitating it.
