What Working Together Looks Like
Working together follows a structured cadence of full-day sessions with your leadership team, spaced out over time, and it starts with a free 90 Minute Meeting where your team learns exactly how it would work in your business.
Between sessions, you run your company. The sessions exist to keep your leadership team focused on the same priorities, honest about what is and is not working, and accountable for what each person committed to. No busywork, no binders that gather dust.
What an Implementer Actually Does
Three jobs, in every session: teach, facilitate, and coach. Lyn teaches so your team truly owns what it learns. He facilitates the conversations a leadership team cannot referee for itself. And he coaches each leader, in the room and between sessions, toward running the business without needing him.
